Bookings, payments and cancellations

The acceptance of a booking is completed with the return of a signed booking form and the deposit of £250. By signing the booking form you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions stated by YellowMelen.

The deposit of £250 is a non-refundable payment, which will be deducted from your final payment. The remainder of the balance is due unless written cancellation is received more than three months prior to the date of your wedding.

Full payment is to be made made one month prior to your wedding date, unless other arrangements are made with the photographer.

On the day

A meal is to be provided for each person attending your wedding from YellowMelen.

Responsibility

The photographer and assistants will exercise their full skills and diligence but due to unforeseen circumstances the agreed capture of images may change. YellowMelen insurance covers the actions of YellowMelen and we can not be held responsible for the actions of you and your guests, or for situations beyond our control.

After the wedding your images can be placed onto a password protected website, which can be given to your guests.
